夜市爆款小吃,裹上香辣诱人的浇汁比肉还有味儿,配米饭一绝,上桌秒光盘[23P]

胡辣汤、肉夹馍、狼牙土豆、浇汁豆腐、杂粮煎饼...真想马上冲去夜市每个都来一份。

但事实是已经晚上 11 点了,想一想第二天要上班,还是洗洗睡吧。

于是第二天我就自已在家复刻了一个我最爱的、最简单的——浇汁豆腐。

一说到豆腐,很多人就会想到麻到嘴颤的麻婆豆腐、外酥里嫩的烤豆腐、令人上头的臭豆腐、鲜美的豆腐汤...豆腐就是这样吃法多样,可繁可简。

而今天分享的浇汁豆腐和麻婆豆腐、臭豆腐都不一样!它独有的酱汁和滑嫩的豆腐结合,入口外皮酥脆,里面的豆腐绵软滑嫩。

香辣诱人的浇汁将炸过有点“膨胀”的豆腐裹住,看着色泽透亮、闻着就垂涎,顾不上烫,赶紧咬一口,馥郁的汤汁香气蔓延舌尖,分分钟能吃出幸福的感觉~

老豆腐、蒜、小葱、小龙坎干碟、淀粉、生抽、蚝油、盐、白糖、十三香。

蒜切末,小葱切葱花,豆腐切小块备用。(豆腐选用老豆腐)

接下来就是熬煮灵魂酱汁啦。锅里热油,下蒜末、小葱花、小龙坎干碟,炒出香味后加一些清水。

然后再加生抽 1 勺、蚝油 1 勺、盐半勺、白糖半勺、十三香半勺,水淀粉熬至浓稠。好了放着备用。

另外拿一个锅,往锅里倒入多一些的油,油热之后转中火,把切好的豆腐放入油锅里炸。

把豆腐炸到稍微定型,用筷子搅动搅动,避免豆腐粘连在一起,让豆腐能够均匀的受热,煎至两面金黄就可以把豆腐捞出。加点香菜碎,淋入酱汁,即可食用。

这个烧法倒是第一次看到  土豆 豆腐都喜欢吃  下次试试
